Troubleshooting Tips
No Signal on One or Both Displays:
- Ensure HDMI cables are firmly connected.
- Check that displays are set to the correct HDMI input.
- Test with shorter or high-speed HDMI cables for 4K resolution.
Resolution Problems:
- If one display is lower resolution (e.g., 1080P), the splitter may output the lower resolution signal for compatibility.
- Confirm your source device is outputting a supported resolution (up to 4K@60Hz, YUV 4:2:0).
Audio Issues:
- Confirm your source device is set to output supported formats (Dolby Digital, DTS, etc.).
- If no audio, set source audio output to PCM or Stereo.
Power Issues:
Verify the power adapter is securely connected and the splitter’s power light is on.
